Maria Traka & UEA Undergrad BioMedicine Student Abigail O’Dell are attending The Nutrition Society Winter Conference 2026: Pushing the Boundaries of Nutritional Science in London. The conference will bring together leading researchers, practitioners and industry experts to shine a spotlight on the transformative role of technological and methodological innovation in understanding human nutrition and improving public health outcomes. Showcasing how digital health technologies, data science, systems biology, the omics and sustainable food innovations are shaping the future of the nutritional science field.
During summer placements Abigail has supported F&N-NBRI with the Food Museum/School Dinner project and today presented a poster ‘The evolution of the nutritional composition of British school meals over the decades’ at the conference.
