Paul Finglas was included in the IUNS book written by Catherine Geissler and Margaret Ashwell for his role since early 2000s as the Coordinator for Eurofoods (part of the INFOODS global network of food database compilers) in Europe on food composition research and related activities especially around food quality and data access. 

This runs alongside EuroFIR (, which Paul  co-founded in 2009.  

Paul also gave a talk at the INFOODS session at the recent IUNS Conference in Tokyo.
