An article in the Sunday times discussed some results from Food Databanks recent analytical survey on the nutrient content of key cuts of pork. The research showed that fat levels in UK pork have dropped, showing positive changes in pig production in the last 30 years and  this reinforces the importance of regularly updating testing on the nutritional content of meat.
